The input tube for the brillinat and normal channel (V1), for this tube set, is our RT-7025 TAD REDBASE 7025/E83CC HIGHGRADE which is outstanding because of its high gain, but low microphony, powerful middles and a round, rich overtone sound.

 

In (V2) as top boost tube, we recommend our RT003 12AX7A/ECC83  TAD Premium Selected.This tube provides for very good gain, tight deep bass, fat mids and a silky top end with overall definition and brightness. It is selected with balanced systems and improves overall response

 

For V3 and V4, we recommend our RT003 12AX7A/ECC83  TAD Premium Selected. This tube delivers very good gain, tight deep bass, fat mids and a silky top end with overall definition and brightness. It is selected with balanced systems and improves overall response. It works best for clean tones, as well as for sounds requiring deep-bass power like any modern preamp.

 

Our RT005 12AU7A / ECC82 TAD Premium Selected is the perfect choice for the Tremolo/Vibrato position (V5) - great musical performance, delivering a rich tone!

 

In (V6), we recommend our special phase driver selected RT003 12AX7A/ECC83  TAD Premium Selected.

 

For the power tubes, our RT274 TAD-EL84STR power tube quad with its high-class cathode coating, plate options and gold grid wire improve overall reliability work best for the AC30. The sound is very harmonic in the middle and treble frequencies, without adding too much power to the bass. The result is the best EL84 in current production. No compromise!
